Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and research activities to identify potential target sectors for launch
• Assist with developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase product awareness
• Assist with product launch planning and execution
• Assist in ideation and execution of the email marketing strategies. Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Create and publish marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for board members
• Track competitors’ activities
• Participate in regular planning & update meetings with the board members
• Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles and presences, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
• Collaborate with internal team and external resources to produce effective campaigns. Constant feedback is critical for success
• Optimize conversion rates and never stop testing. Explore new ways to engage with our audience
• Assist in sales & customer support activities
• You will be expected to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks across marketing function

About you

• A true self-starter marketing & customer facing champion, with experience of working in a fast paced environment
• 3+ years of marketing experience with various channels including content, product, social, and email marketing
• Lead prospecting and outreach experience
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Proven track record of working with freelancers and third-party agencies
• Experience with SEO/SEM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience with G-Suite
• Experience in creating unique and compelling content to drive organic web traffic, would be a plus
